Over the months, there have been several occasions I have met her in relation to one on one Discussion for TOP COW (Performance Management System) where she was very keen on minute detailing regarding formulating the Top Cow Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while keeping in mind company's BHAG (Big Audacious Goals) and also to keep it simple for everyone at implementation level. She has played a key role in driving this across all functions and implement it smoothly through a roll out presentation during Annual Team Offsite.
