In today’s world, organisations are constantly challenged by the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) environment resulting in a high premium on Leadership talent. Organisations must hence plan effective strategies to combat this, many of which take to universities and educational institutions that offer leadership development courses. Most of these leadership development programs (LDPs) generally tend to focus on a generic set of competencies, which neither focus on how the company adds value to its internal and external customers, nor on the dynamics of the company. While the participants return equipped with great theories, they are unable to apply their learnings in real time business situations. Our fully customised Leadership Development Program is based on a tried and tested approach to developing effective leadership capabilities that focuses on organisation specific capabilities and uncovering leadership traits. As part of our Modular approach to leadership development, we encourage participants to create an Action Plan that enables them to practice the concepts learnt, followed by sharing of best practices and discussing strategies to overcome challenges in the subsequent interventions.
